Welcome to RestyleMe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestyleMe services (the “Service”), offered by (individual developer) Zeng Yan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users (“you”, “User”) of the Service, including users who browse without registering, users who register accounts, and users who upload or generate content.
1.2 We may also issue additional guidelines, rules, or policies (e.g. Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines) which become part of these Terms by reference. In case of conflict, those documents and these Terms will govern together.
2.1 To access certain features of the Service (e.g. uploading photos, generating avatars), you may be required to register an account.
2.2 When you register, you agree to provide and maintain truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password, etc.). You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 You may not share your account with others, nor allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
3.1 User Content
You may upload photos, images, or other materials (“User Content”) to the Service for the purpose of avatar or style generation.
3.2 License to Use Your Content
By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content solely to provide, improve, and promote the Service (including creating derived works such as stylized avatars). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except to the extent that we have already processed or published results based on it.
